We are now looking for summer workers in several of our administrative areas: finance, planning, logistics, and quality. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to important administrative and operational processes.

About the roles

Finance Administrator

Work with accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, payments, reminders, and reconciliations during period-end closing. The role involves many international contacts.

Logistics Administrator

Customer service, order and delivery management, distribution issues, and warehouse planning for the European market within our Supply Chain organization.

Quality Technician

Control and release of raw materials, review of certificates, and supplier contacts in case of deviations or complaints.

Supply Planner

Planning and coordination of production, raw material flows, and trade products. Daily contacts both internally and with international suppliers.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• is studying or has an education in finance, logistics, planning, quality, or equivalent,
• has good knowledge of Swedish and English,
• is meticulous, structured, and responsible,
• enjoys collaborating and communicating,
• is an experienced user of MS Office.

Personal qualities are highly valued in all roles.
